课程内容：   本门课程是对员工进行毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系的教育，帮助员工理解该理论体系的科学涵义、形成发展过程、历史地位、指导意义、基本观点以及中国特色社会主义建设的路线、方针和政策。帮助员工树立建设有中国特色社会主义的坚定信念，培养员工运用马克思主义立场、观点、方法分析问题和解决问题的能力，增强员工执行党的基本路线和基本纲领的自觉性和坚定性，积极投身于建设社会主义和谐社会的伟大实践中。

Course Content:  This course discuss topics on Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, helping students understand the theory system, including its formation and development process, historical status, significance, basic viewpoint, guiding principle and policy. Training students to analyze and solve problems with Marx stand, viewpoint and method. Enhance the student to carry out the party's basic line and program consciously and firmly, and actively participate in the great practice of construction of socialist harmonious society.
